5 lbs. brisket of beef Bottled bar-b-que sauce Onion salt Garlic salt 4 oz. liquid smoke Salt & pepper Celery salt Worcestershire sauce Season the beef with salt, celery salt, onion salt, and garlic salt. Marinate overnight in 4 ounces liquid smoke in the refrigerator. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce. Cover with foil and bake about 5 hours in a slow oven. Pour 1/2 bottle barbeque sauce over the meat and bake 1 hour more. |
