PINEAPPLE BURGERS
 

4 hamburger patties
Crushed pineapple
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. ketchup
1/4 tsp. mustard

Place a small amount of crushed pineapple between two hamburger patties. Pinch seal the edges. Put under the broiler until browned, turn and finish cooking.

Make a sauce using the brown sugar, ketchup and mustard. Bring to a boil. Put the pineapple burgers on a plate and pour the sauce over them. Serve with a vegetable. Serves 2.
