1 lb. ground beef
1/2 tsp. Accent
12 saltine crackers, crushed
1 tsp. seasoned salt
1 lg. egg
1 tbsp. mustard
1/4 c. ketchup
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c. onion

Mix together all ingredients except ground beef and Accent. Mix Accent into beef and add it to the other ingredients. Mix well. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
