SMOKED PORK CHOPS WITH APPLES
 

6 smoked loin pork chops, cut 3/4" thick
1 c. cranberry-apple drink
1/3 c. maple or maple flavor syrup
2 tbsp. cider vinegar
2 med. red cooking apples

In 12" skillet over high heat, heat smoked pork chops, cranberry-apple drink, syrup, and vinegar to boiling. Reduce heat to medium; cover and cook 15 minutes, turning pork chops once.
