VEAL STIR FRY
 

1/2 lb. veal
1 tbsp. butter
1 lg. carrot
1/4 c. green onions
1/4 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
1/2 c. milk
1 tbsp. flour
1 (4 oz.) can of mushrooms
1/2 c. water

Fry sliced veal in butter for 1 minute, remove from skillet. Fry carrots, mushrooms, and onions for about 3 minutes. Add the water, pepper and salt, cook 5 minutes. Mix flour and milk, add to skillet. Stir until thick and return veal to pan and heat through. Serve over rice or noodles.
