BOTTOM ROUND ROAST
 

4 lb. bottom round roast
1 (14 oz.) ketchup
1 (12 oz.) beer
1 pkg. Lipton onion soup (2 env.)

24 hours before serving: Bake roast, covered, 300 degrees for 4 hours with marinade. Cool! Slice thin. Put in casserole and pour marinate over. Refrigerate. Bake in oven before serving at 325 degrees for 1 hour.
