SMOKED MEAT RECIPE
 

Sprinkle meat with creole seasoning. Let set for 20 minutes. Next, sprinkle generously with brown sugar and rub into meat with your hands.

4 pkgs. of Lipton onion soup mix
1/2 gal. apple juice
1/2 gal. water
4 med. chopped onions
Creole seasoning to taste

All of this liquid mixture is placed in water pan of smoker. Place meat on cooking rack and smoke until done; then use juice in pan as gravy.
