2 lbs. bottom round steak 3 tsp. sugar 4 tsp. soy sauce 2 slices fresh ginger, minced 1 clove garlic, minced 3 tsp. vegetable oil 6 hot peppers, chopped Slice beef to 1 x 2 x 1/8 inch pieces and marinate with soy sauce for 20 minutes or more. Heat vegetable oil and fry hot peppers, garlic, and ginger until peppers are burned-like. Stir beef into cooked pepper, garlic, and ginger mixture. Add sugar and cook beef until dried up. (Add more sugar or soy sauce if needed.) |
