2 lbs. meat (pork, veal and lamb mixed) 1/2 lb. carrots 1 lb. tomatoes 1 lb. green or red pepper 1 lb. onion 1 eggplant 1 lb. potatoes 1 lb. okra 1 zucchini 1/2 lb. beans 2 tbsp. oil Salt, pepper, oregano, paprika Cut the meat into 1 inch cubes and fry in oil for 5 to 8 minutes. Add the vegetables cut in small pieces and cook together for 5 to 10 minutes more. Add salt and pepper and mix well. Put in deep bake pan and bake for 30 to 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Serves 8. |
