PORK BARBECUE
 

1/2 c. diced onions
2 c. leftover pork, shredded
8 sandwich buns
1/2 c. catsup
1 can water
1 tsp. chili powder
Salt to taste
Med. green pepper

Combine pork, catsup, onion, bell pepper and chili powder. Simmer for 20 minutes. Season with salt. Serve on buns. Yields 8 servings.
