2 tbsp. soy sauce 2 tbsp. Hoisin sauce (Chinese Barbecue Sauce) 2 tbsp. dry sherry 1 tbsp. brown sugar 1 tbsp. oil 1 1/2 tsp. honey 1/2 tsp. garlic powder 1/2 tsp. cinnamon 2-3 lb. pork tenderloin Mix together all ingredients. Pour over pork and marinate in refrigerator 6-8 hours. Remove from marinade and cook over hot coals 35 minutes. Baste with remaining marinade. Slice pork thin. |
