1 1/2 lbs. pork tenderloin 1 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper 1/4 c. flour 3 tbsp. butter Juice of one lemon 1 c. thin cream 2/3 c. sliced mushrooms Slice tenderloin in rounds about 1 inch thick and flatten with a cleaver, rub with salt, pepper and flour. Brown in butter over low heat for 15 minutes. Add remaining ingredients and simmer 20 minutes. |
