4 lb. sirloin tip roast Hickory salt Garlic powder Pepper 1/2 c. chopped onions 1/2 c. mushrooms 1/4 c. red cooking wine 1 c. beef broth Place meat in roast pan with broth, wine and sprinkle with spices. Bake covered at 300 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Remove cover and baste, sprinkle again with spices, add mushrooms and onions, bake 30 minutes. |
