6 or 8 center cut pork chops 1 tbsp. garlic powder (or season to taste) Tony Chachere's seasoning Wash and pat dry pork chops. Sprinkle both sides of chops with garlic powder and Tony Chachere's seasoning to taste. Lay in metal pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 45-60 minutes until nicely browned and tender. Cook thicker chops longer. Remove from pan and serve. |
