MEXICAN RICE CASSEROLE
 

1 lb. ground beef
3/4 c. rice
1 pkg. chili seasoning mix
1 1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 c. chopped pepper
1 can whole tomatoes
1/4 c. water

Brown ground beef, pour off drippings. Add remaining ingredients and simmer for about 30 minutes or until rice is done. Makes 4 servings.
