3 1/2 to 4 lb. pork loin 1 can whole cranberry sauce 1/4 c. chopped onion 3/4 c. orange juice 1/4 tsp. ground ginger 1/4 tsp. cinnamon Roast meat at 325 degrees for 2 1/2 to 3 hours. Let stand 20 minutes before slicing into serving dish. Pour sauce over meat and return to oven 10 to 15 minutes. |
