PORK TENDERLOIN GRILLED
 

1 whole 3 lb. pork tenderloin
2 c. vegetable oil
1/3 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. honey
1 tsp. each lemon & garlic powder
Salt & pepper (fresh) to taste

Mix vegetable oil, soy sauce, honey, garlic and onion powder for marinating sauce. Sprinkle whole tenderloin with pepper and salt. Marinate tenderloin in shallow pan, covered, in refrigerator for 24 hours, turning occasionally.

Heat outdoor gas or charcoal grill to hot. Place whole tenderloin on grill, brown each side, about 2 minutes each. Remove and cool. Slice tenderloin into 3/4" slices. Turn grill down to medium heat. Grill the slices until done, turning as necessary. Makes 8 to 10 servings.
