8 veal cutlets 2 sliced onions 3 tbsp. butter 1 c. sour cream 2 sm. cans Hunt's tomato sauce 1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms Brown onions in butter. Add veal cutlets and brown. Mix sour cream and tomato sauce; pour over veal cutlets. Cover and simmer slowly until cutlets are tender. Add drained mushrooms and serve over rice. |
