DRIED BEEF IN SOUR CREAM SAUCE
 

1/4 lb. dried beef
1/4 c. butter
2 tbsp. minced onion
3 tbsp. flour
1 c. milk
1 c. dairy sour cream
1 can chopped mushrooms, drained
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
2 tbsp. chopped parsley
Salt and pepper to taste

Cut beef in julienne strips. Add to butter in saucepan. Add onion and cook 2 or 3 minutes. Blend in flour. Gradually add milk and cook, stirring, until thickened. Add remaining ingredients and heat. Makes 4 servings.
