BOILED HAM AND CABBAGE (VIRGINIA
STYLE)
 

1 med. head cabbage
3/4 c. diced boiled ham
2 whole Mexican chile pepper
3 med. size potatoes
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. water

Peel potatoes and cut into fourths. Cut cabbage in 3 inch chunks. Place in pan and cover and boil 20 minutes, or cook 4 minutes in pressure pan. Serves 5.
