PORK STIR FRY

1 lb. lean boneless pork
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. oil
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp. dry ginger
1 tbsp. oil
1 (10 oz.) pkg. stir fry vegetables
1 tsp. chicken broth or water
1 tbsp. toasted sesame seed

Slice pork across grain into 1/8 inch strips. Marinate in soy sauce, vinegar, oil, garlic and ginger for 10 minutes. Heat the 1 tablespoon oil in skillet or wok. Add pork and stir fry for 3 to 5 minutes until pork is no longer pink. Add vegetables (unthawed) and the chicken broth or water. Stir mixture, cover and steam for 3 minutes or until vegetables are heated through, but still crisp-tender. Serve over hot, cooked rice. Sprinkle with toasted sesame seed. Serves 4.
