2 lb. pork tenderloin 4 tbsp. sugar 1/4 tsp. salt 4 tbsp. soy sauce 2 tbsp. sherry 1 tsp. ginger 2 tsp. dry mustard 2 tsp. lemon juice 1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Put pork tenderloin in a roasting pan. Combine all other ingredients and pour over pork. Bake 1 hour, basting frequently with sauce. Serves 6. |
