PORK TENDERLOIN WITH HONEY AND SESAME
SEEDS
 

3/4 lb. pork tenderloin
1/4 c. soy sauce
2 garlic cloves, sliced
2 inch piece ginger root, peeled and sliced thin
1/4 c. honey
1 c. sesame seeds

In dish just large enough to hold pork, combine soy sauce, garlic and ginger root. Add pork and marinate covered, turning several times for 1 hour. Drain pork and pat dry. Spread the honey on a plate and cull pork in it. Spread sesame seeds on another plate and cull pork in them, coating completely. Roast pork in pan in 400 degree oven for 20 minutes or until it is no longer pink. Let pork stand 5 minutes and slice on diagonal. Serves 3-4.
