LONDON BROIL
 

2 tbsp. vinegar or lemon juice
1/2 c. oil
1 sm. clove garlic, crushed
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/4 c. soy sauce
3 tbsp. honey or sugar
1 tbsp. onion, chopped
London Broil

Combine the first 7 ingredients and pour over the London Broil, cover and place in refrigerator for 24 hours. Grill for 15 minutes on each side.
