4 to 6 cube steaks 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 sm. onion, chopped 1/2 can water 1 can mushrooms, drained Flour and brown cube steak, add onion and cook until onion is transparent. Heat soup, adding 1/2 can of water. Stir until smooth; add mushrooms. Pour over steak. Reduce heat and simmer 50 minutes to one hour. |
