Cook until browned then drain if necessary. Add: 1/4-1/2 tsp. salt 1 tsp. Accent, optional 1/8 tsp. pepper 1/2 c. tomato sauce 1/4 c. dry red wine Raisins to taste, approx. 1/4-1/3 c. Chopped olives (green) Cook mixture about 20 minutes on low heat. Top with fried bananas or fried chopped egg or slivered almonds or whatever. |
