1/4 c. chopped green peppers 1/4 c. chopped onions 2 tbsp. butter 1 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed 1/2 c. milk 2 c. cooked & drained macaroni Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Saute vegetables in butter. Reduce heat to low. Add Velveeta cheese and milk. Stir until cheese is melted. Stir in macaroni. Spoon into a 2 quart casserole dish and bake 15 minutes. |
