LONDON BROIL
 

2-3 lb. London broil

MARINADE:

1/2 c. soy sauce
3 tbsp. Dijon mustard
4 cloves garlic, pressed
1 tbsp. fresh ginger, chopped
1 tsp. ground black pepper
1 tsp. thyme

Marinade overnight. Grill on barbecue until done. Slice and serve.
