TAGLIARINI
 

1 1/2 lb. hamburger
1 lg. onion
Garlic to taste
1 (8 oz.) pkg. wide noodles
1 (#2) can whole kernel corn
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
2 tbsp. chili powder
1 can ripe olives
Cheddar cheese

Fry hamburger, onion and garlic until red is out but not browned. Add uncooked noodles, tomato sauce and chili powder. Add enough water to cover mixture and cook until noodles are almost done; then add corn and olives. Grate cheese over top and bake in slow oven for 1 hour. Serves 10.
