1 c. water
1 lg. onion, finely cut
1 tsp. chili powder
3/4 c. catsup
2 lb. ground beef
1 tbsp. mustard
Salt and pepper to taste

In skillet, simmer water, onion, chili powder, and catsup 10 minutes. Add ground beef, salt and pepper. Simmer 30 to 40 minutes. Remove from heat and add mustard. Leftover meat can be reheated in the microwave.
