1/3 c. wine (I use Corvo red) 1 tbsp. oil 1 tbsp. meat tenderizer 1/4 tsp. pepper 2 cloves garlic, minced 1 tbsp. flour or cornstarch 1/3 c. water 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. paprika 2 tbsp. chopped onion, finely (or dehydrated onion) Mix well. Pour over steak. Prick with fork tines. Turn often, marinating overnight. Grill or broil to your likeness. |
