LONDON BROIL (MARINATED)
 

4 lb. London broil
1 onion, chopped
1/2 c. chopped pimiento
2 tsp. garlic salt or 2 cloves fresh garlic, chopped fine & 2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. chives
1/2 c. fresh chopped parsley
1 tsp. black pepper
1 (8 oz.) bottle Italian dressing (Good Seasons Zesty)

Mix all ingredients together and marinate beef in bowl overnight. Cook beef, either in broiler or on grill (medium rare). Reserve the marinade. Slice cooked beef thin, slices better when cool and always slice against the grain.
