1 1/2 lbs. sirloin tip roast, sliced thin by butcher 1 can Campbell's beef broth 2 cans Campbell's beefy mushroom soup Chop slices of sirloin tip into small pieces and cook on the stove top with broth. Cook until brown. Add mushroom soup and simmer for about 30 minutes. Serve over UNCLE BEN'S® Whole Grain Brown Rice or mashed potatoes. Serves 8 to 10 people. |
