GRANDMA GRAVES MAIDRITES
 

3 lb. ground beef
3 green peppers, chopped
3 sm. onions, chopped
1 1/2 c. catsup
6 tbsp. mustard
3 tbsp. vinegar
3 tbsp. sugar
Salt and pepper to taste

Saute beef, onions, and peppers, stirring often until meat is crumbly. Drain off grease. Add catsup, mustard, vinegar, and sugar, simmer for 45 minutes. Serve on heated buns.
