TEMPTING TENDERLOIN TIPS
 

1 1/2 lbs. tenderloin tips
2 tbsp. oil
1 clove garlic, minced
1 c. catsup
3 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. melted butter
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/8 tsp. pepper

Saute garlic in hot oil. Add meat and brown on all sides over medium heat. Mix remaining ingredients and add to meat. Cover and simmer over low heat on top of range or bake in 350 degree oven for one hour or until meat is tender. Serve over hot rice. Serves 4.
