1/2 c. bread crumbs 1 lb. ground venison 2 tbsp. catsup 2/3 c. milk 1 tsp. salt 1/8 tsp. pepper 1 egg 1/4 c. water 1/4 c. grated onions Heat oven to 400 degrees. Combine all ingredients and mix thoroughly. Shape into 48 to 50 meatballs. Place in single layers in foil lined baking pan. Bake in 400 degree oven for about 12 minutes or until brown. Make spicy sauce (recipe follows). Add meatballs to serve. |
