1 1/2 c. beer (1 can)
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. ground ginger
3 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tbsp. sugar
1/8 tsp. hot pepper sauce
4 tbsp. marmalade
2 cloves minced garlic
Mix together all ingredients. Take 3 plastic bags (i.e., vegetable bags from supermarket). Blow air in each to check for holes. Put one inside the other.
Put steak in inside bag. Pour marinade over. Press out air from each bag, sealing individually. Put in a 9 x 13 inch Pyrex dish in refrigerator. This is best done 4 days before cooking. Each day turn meat over to marinate each side.
TO COOK: Remove meat from bag and cook on preheated grill or on broiler pan in preheated broiler until desired of doneness. NOTE: Marinade may be saved for future use.
