1/3 c. soy sauce 1/3 c. salad oil 1/3 c. red wine vinegar 2 tbsp. chopped chutney (very optional) 1/8 tsp. garlic powder 1 tbsp. instant minced onion Pierce meat and marinate for 4 hours or overnight. Broil or barbecue meat to taste. Portion of marinade is good for 1 large flank steak or london broil. |
