3 chicken bouillon cubes 3 cooked chicken breasts, chopped 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli, thawed 1 c. coarsely shredded cabbage 1/2 shredded carrots 1/4 sm. red onion, finely chopped 1/2 c. skim milk Dissolve bouillon cubes in 1/4 cup hot water. Combine with remaining ingredients; mix well. Spoon into lightly greased casserole. Bake, covered, at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. |
