1 lb. cubed beef, chicken 1 (16 oz.) bag frozen mixed vegetables (California Blend recommended) 3 tbsp. soy sauce 3 tbsp. brown sugar 1 tbsp. cornstarch 1 tsp. sesame seed oil (opt.) 1 tsp. sesame seeds (opt.) Defrost vegetable. Mix soy sauce, brown sugar, and cornstarch in separate dish. Put 2 tablespoons oil in large fry pan. Put in meat and vegetable, stir over high heat until meat is cooked. Stir in soy sauce mixture. Mix thoroughly. Add sesame seed and sesame oil. Stir and serve with rice. 4 servings. |
