CHILE RELLENO
 

4 eggs
8 oz. can evaporated milk
4 tbsp. flour
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
2 (8 oz.) cans chiles (whole)
Shredded sharp cheese
Shredded Monterey cheese
Can of pitted olives (black)

Butter casserole dish, then put one layer of chiles then layer of sharp cheese, then Monterey cheese, do it again (2 layers).

In a bowl whip together 4 eggs, 8 ounce can of milk, then 4 tablespoons of flour. Whip all together and pour on top of Relleno's then bake 25 minutes.
