2 c. Loma Linda Vege-burger 2 eggs, unbeaten 3 tbsp. minced onion 1 tbsp. soy sauce 1 tbsp. flour 3 tbsp. quick cooking oats Poultry seasoning or sage to taste Combine all ingredients. Set aside for 15 minutes. Spoon onto hot oiled skillet. Cook slowly until moisture is almost gone before turning. Serves 8. Serve on rolls with lettuce, tomato and mayonnaise or as a pattie with gravy. |
