1 lb. ground beef 5 eggs, beaten Salt and pepper to taste Chop fine 5 cloves garlic Sprinkle parsley 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese 3 tsp. baking powder 1/2 c. Progresso Italian bread crumbs Combine ingredients. Put tablespoon butter and crisco shortening in pan so it doesn't splatter. Fry until done. Rub Crisco on hands if meat sticks. Roll into size you desire. Or, place in 9x13 ungreased baking dish and bake at 4a00 degrees for 20-25 minutes. |
