4-8 oz. red snapper fish fillets
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. green pepper, diced
1/2 c. tomatoes, diced
1/4 c. black olives, pitted
1/4 c. green olives
1/2 c. olive oil
1/2 c. Chablis wine

Lay fillets in deep baking dish. Mix remaining ingredients together and pour over fillets. Bake in moderate oven 20-25 minutes.
