VEGETABLE PIZZA
 

1 med. head cauliflower
1 bunch broccoli
3 to 4 stalks celery
4 med. carrots
1 med. onion
1 med. bell pepper
2 tomatoes
12 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 pack Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing Original
8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. mayonnaise
2 cans crescent rolls (Pillsbury)

Roll out crescent rolls in greased pizza pan, press together to make crust. Bake to directions on package. Set aside to cool.

Cut up cauliflower, broccoli, celery, carrots, onion and bell pepper in bowl and mix. Cut up tomatoes in a bowl by itself. Set both aside.

Mix dressing, cream cheese and mayonnaise together to make sauce. Spread sauce over cooled crust. Sprinkle vegetables over sauce and top with tomatoes then cheese. Bake at 400 degrees for 5 minutes or until cheese is melted. Serve hot or cold.
