EASY MEATBALLS
 

1 lb. ground round
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
1 chopped sm. green pepper
1/2 c. uncooked rice
1 egg
1 can tomato soup or tomato sauce (10 3/4 oz.)

In a soup pan empty the can of soup or sauce and fill 3/4 way with water and let it start to cook. Mix all the remaining ingredients together and form into small balls. Drop them into the soup or sauce and cook for 1 hour. Serve over noodles, mashed potatoes, or any pasta.
