2 c. Rotini noodles 1 lb. hamburger Onion Green pepper 1 (14 oz.) Ragu spaghetti sauce 1 can tomato soup Italian seasoning (to taste) 1 egg Almost 1 c. milk 8 oz. Mozzarella cheese Cook Rotini noodles. Brown 1 lb. hamburger with onion and green pepper. Add Ragu sauce and tomato soup. Simmer 20 minutes with Italian seasoning (to taste). Beat 1 egg add milk to make 1 cup. Lay Rotini noodles in 9 x 13 pan. Pour milk and egg mixture over noodles. Mix and pour in hamburger mixture mix well. Sprinkle with 8 oz. pkg. shredded Mozzarella cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. |
