VEGETABLE PIZZA
 

2 pkgs. crescent rolls
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
1 env. Ranch dressing mix
1 c. mayonnaise
3/4 c. finely chopped green pepper
3/4 c. finely chopped carrot
3/4 c. finely chopped cauliflower
3/4 c. finely chopped broccoli
3/4 c. finely chopped ripe or stuffed olives
3/4 c. shredded cheddar cheese

Place dough flat on a greased cookie sheet or pizza pan, pinching together seams to form crust. Bake according to package instructions. Cool completely. Mix cream cheese, dressing mix and mayonnaise. Spread on crust. Layer vegetables on top. Cover with waxed paper and gently press vegetables into the cheese mixture. Refrigerate overnight. Remove paper and top with cheddar cheese. Cut into small squares and serve. This is very large, you can easily cut the recipe in half.
