5 lb. beef, suitable for skewering MARINADE: 1 c. salad oil 1/2 c. lemon juice 2 tsp. thyme 2 tsp. marjoram 2 tsp. salt 1 tsp. pepper 2 cloves garlic, minced 1 c. onion, chopped 1/2 c. parsley flakes Mix all ingredients together. Place meat in marinade and refrigerate for at least 24 hours. Stir occasionally. Put meat on skewers and grill. Note: The marinade begins to cook the meat prior to grilling.
