SHISH KA BOB
 

1 lb. each whole pork & beef tenderloin
3/4 c. Kikkoman teriyaki sauce
1 lg. can pineapple chunks & juice
1 clove garlic
1 onion
1 green pepper

Marinade: Drain pineapple chunks, set juice aside. To juice add teriyaki sauce and crushed garlic.

Cut tenderloin into pieces, put in marinade sauce and refrigerate for 2 hours or more. On skewers place 1 piece meat, pineapple chunk, slice of onion and green pepper. Put on grill and cook until done while cooking brush with marinade.
